I think if there is a female officer on shift or somewhere near (like in the next town or so) they can do it but they don't have to. But I'm just speculating. I would too like to know the correct answer.

Is it a guaranteed right that female suspects are guaranteed a female officer to pat them down

Wow. She's ridiculous. The police have to be actual babysitters these days. People like this USED to be taken to an asylum instead of jail. But, since there are so many of them now we have a name for the whole group of them... "liberals".

Again a criminal spitting on a LEO, resisting arrest and with all kinds of charges, dismissed! Do we care about our LEOs or not? Because court dismissing charges of discharging bodily fluids and resisting sure doesn’t show it. No wonder we can’t keep decent LEOs when every day the courts themselves spit in their faces by saying those charges don’t matter. It’s horrible and disgusting!
