He didn't threatene the officer is was a promise cops are to sensitive now days but the cop was vary perfesesionl otherwise the guy thinks because he works for the mayor he's untouchable and the courts lie about something not being a criminal offense if you go to jail for something and it's easily proven its against the law making it a crime when you brake the rules in the public you can go to jail or get a ticket witch makes you no better then anyone else that's done it
