He must be her drug source. No wonder she was hollering he’s not going to be arrested and then screaming at him that she needs him. The cop hopefully got an HIV test done in the ER because she is definitely a worry for that. An IV drug user whose mouth broke your skin barrier? Exactly how HIV is passed. Sadly for him a negative result at the hospital won’t be the end of that. He will need to worry about converting to positive for yet a while. Exactly what a previous commenter said, like a rabid dog. Put a muzzle on her.
