Why would anyone not head south when homeless and winter is approaching. Florida or South Texas or SanDiego would be a lot more comfortable in February I’m certain.

I think Mayor Reynolds was wanting to give out hotel vouchers for them in an event of a "snow emergency", otherwise I think they are just letting them stay in the parking ramps..
Is the La Crosse homeless camp going to continue to deliver during winter? I’m guessing the action is going to be moving from there to the warming shelters over the next few weeks.
