It's not *too* hard to get there, but there is a financial and time cost for sure. I don't know if I'd say Tarama-jima is a must visit, but Miyako-jima (videos coming soon) might be! Easier to get to as well. -E

Thanks for visiting such a remote island! I have many places tagged on google maps that I may one day visit but I have a feeling this is just too far out there.
