I too totally understand moving stress (been there many times), but like he says, a deal is a deal, especially where money is involved. Might I suggest you simply add extra time on to his next custom video to make up the difference? There is always a compromise solution.

We get it lady, you’re a “Pick Me Girl.” What actually isn’t fair is paying a good amount of money for a product or service and then not receiving what was advertised. It’s disingenuous and alienates supporters.

Tbh what doesn’t seem fair is asking for someone to make a 10 minute video when they barely have time.

I know you have good intentions and that you’re in a time crunch, but it just doesn’t seem fair. It seems deceptive and dishonest to do that to your patrons. I would rather get a full length video that you deliver a little later. I definitely wouldn’t have joined the tier if it had been advertised as a 3-minute custom video.
