You are not alone in having these kinds of thoughts. Just know that everyone has them because none of us make it to adulthood unscathed by life. We all have our own baggage and our own things in our past and our own traumas. It is important not to let these things rule over your life but to accept them for what they are and to deal with them and process them however you can.
