Would be good to start with them clothed (I'm assuming fully) since it's only one button to remove all clothing from WW.
I prefer with clothes because I can dress down the sims easily with the WickedWhims menu during sex, but not the other way around.

I can´t do that, in sims 3 I did the breast physic but In sims 4 dont work the bouncing bones (and the rigs has bones). Surely these bones are only for size breast in CAS edit.

Yes, you can disable auto- undress... and put as you want but by defaul what do you prefer?

My female sims almost always have a top (since I really don't like the breasts in the game). So I'd prefer female with tops :P .
Male w/ top makes sense, dunno about female i don't mind :P. Great animations as always.
