I think I have an idea that may solve everything! I should be able to post a rough draft in a couple days.

Thanks!

However, in other news, I love the court cards! They look great.

The common issue I see with the wormhole design is that trying to communicate "two ends of the same wormhole" is at odds with having two easily distinguished cards. The new designs, with or without spaceships, largely rely on orientation to differentiate them. If the card is upside-down in your hand, you might easily mistake it for the opposite value. That seems like a particular issue for cards, which, in the course of play, may be shuffled and viewed from multiple angles. Perhaps, if you want to stick with wormholes, you could do a natural (alpha) vs artificial (omega) theme. The alpha could be a "natural" wormhole, occurring in space, and the omega could be a stargate-type construction. You could use some of the same elements, but having a distinct visual element for the omega, rather than just relying on color or orientation, would help create better contrast.

The wormholes look too much like a particular part of the female anatomy.

(oups, [enter] by mistake!) Please feel free to contact me for more suggestion, or even a draft drawing, if this sounds to you that it is worth a try. Thanks anyway for you work and for your communication with your followers. Chaleureusement, bien à vous

Hello, I wonder about this topic... As a mathematician (PhD), i did study quite a lot the theorical physics... including this hypothetical model of the wormholes! Issue is that the sideways representations you proposed will both emphasize one common mistake: the reduction into 2D of 3 (or 4) dimensions... The "hex sprial" is far less biaised by that 'simplicism'. Anyway, my wonder is at another level... : do we care? ☺ Are we speaking about a theorical physics model or are we speaking about symbolism? If you want to depict a direction (α = out→in; ω = in→out), why not changing the hex into pentagons, with one of the angle pointing in for α, out for ω. (I did vote for "option 3", but it looks like majority is in favour oif hex...
