Singularity Piecepack Third Edition WIP

I've played around with doing a 3D printable version, which could give folks nice chunky tiles and tokens I'd have to gauge interest in something like that though, since the Piecepack is a niche in the board gaming hobby and 3D printing one would be a niche in a niche. I appreciate your feedback on the colors. As far as this version of the Singularity Piecepack though, the edge-to-edge (pretty in-your-face colors) are probably the one aspect of the design that is unlikely to change. This is just because it's one of the defining visual characteristics of the Singularity Deck Third Edition that this Piecepack is meant to match (https://www.singularity.games/singularity-deck). That said, I'm happy to create a Print and Play version that matches more of what your looking for. It would actually be great to know what drew you to this particular project/version of the piecepack. I ask because the piecepack tends to get less attention than some of my other projects. So as someone more interested in it, your feedback is particularly valuable. Do you like the aesthetic (ignoring the color concern)? Do you like that the piecepack has 6-12 suits compared to the usual 4? The fact that the grid is present on both the front and back? Something else entirely? Thanks!

Ahh... well. I figured that was a little too fancy to be print on demand. C'est la vie. For what it's worth I think the full color tiles you have here look a little garish. You've done well to keep the all the same tone, but the variety of colors is a little much on the eye. I wonder if you inverted it so the symbols were colored and the background was white, if that would look better? This is a matter of personal preference.

Hi Dylan. I'm excited you're here! Hopefully, I didn't set your expectations too high with the picture of the plastic set. Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware there aren't any Print on demand services that do anything that nice. When the design for this new edition of the Piecepack is done, the print and play files will be made available (for free) to all patrons and the design will be posted to the game crafter. Patrons will get discount codes to bring the price down, but the sets can still be a bit expensive given they print them one at a time. To get an idea of what it will look like you can see more info on the current version here: https://www.singularity.games/singularity-piecepack If you want to download the current print and play files go the patron drive link found here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/huge-thanks-link-28259219 and go to this folder ->Singularity Piecepack -> Singularity Piecepack 2 Also, I post the NanDeck layouts and art assets for patrons so they can make their own custom versions if they want. For what it's worth, if you like that plastic set you can actually pick them up pretty cheap (around 20 bucks). Just search for "The Infinite Board Game: Introducing the Amazing piecepack System." Of course it doesn't overlap with the Singularity Deck and it lacks a few features that the Singularity Piecepack has, but its the nicest/cheapest piecepack you can get component-wise. All that said, if you have any ideas for the design of Singularity Piecepack, I'd love to hear them.

This is actually what got me to join, so I'm excited. Is there a way we will be able to get a classy plastic set like you have shown here?
