Nicole's Pre-Training Stretches (WIP 1 - Poses)

The real issue here is figuring out which pose to go with. I had to look up a couple of different poses for references, but I can't decide on which one to go with. The first one has Nicole by herself doing a simple flexibility stretch, while the second one has her doing a partner leg stretch with Rosalyn.
What do you guys think?
