The idea of this is lovely, but it's certainly not linked to your local day and night cycle either. Outside where I am, the sun is shining, on the loading screen, moon and stars are out. I am a little sad about that, since the image looks so lovely in previews but I probably will never see anything but the night cycle unless I start playing in the morning during weekends I suppose.

Would you consider adding an option to reflect the season your game is in rather than IRL or update the IRL season to match time zones? its the middle of summer in NZ and my loading screen is snow lol

Hi, just to let you know I’m having issues with this loading screen on a 4k monitor as the screen doesn’t fit, it’s slightly cropped and cuts off around the edges. I don’t have this issue with your simplicity loading screen though.
