"I meant to answer more questions, but we’ve been trying to expand my diet and I tried salmon. It did not go well…I had a strong MCAS reaction (kind of like allergies). I journaled the symptoms: “Extremely tired, leg and head pains, abdom. cramps, auditory hallucinations, strange thoughts, like half asleep, thoughts in other people’s voices, noise & light bother me.” And then I had symptoms for days after. I’ll get back to the Q&A soon!
That was rough…. <1oz of fish!"

love it Dianna. onward and upward. chin up, shoulders back. you got this now. I'm remembering something that a great teacher said, the kingdom of God and Goddess is within you, and me and all of us. (that means God's Goddesses' love, power and goodness are in you and me and all of us.) the teacher also said that we can do what he did.

At least you are still with us. My father passed away from COVID on Aug 2, 2020. Much love and thoughts.

That sucks. Praying for your recovery

Overcooked veggies and keep a log of the result. No beans, fish, careful with potatoes... supposedly easy food but not for my blind autistic son I started raising at 4....he only ate 3 things. Bananas and cream of wheat and Cheerios. And water. Took years for me to expand his diet.

I know it sounds like Hocus Pocus but it’s a small investment. Please try grounding bedsheets

May I suggest you contact Dr. Pierre Kory of Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance. I believe he can help!!

Wow that’s a strong reaction. Scary! Sorry to hear that. My son also has histamine issues (due to suspected lyme). All started after 3 years of antibiotics which wracked his gut. Fish is only an option for him if frozen on the boat or extremely fresh. Covid or lyme or … the horrible effects on the body looks the same in these patients. Immunoglobulins (immunolin@)helped for my son (from 20%to 50%) . I think the IGA helps with allergies or IGG helps with LPS in the gut. When don’t know for sure but it helps. He takes 16 pills a day. Can be put in liquid. Stay strong you 2!
