Good backstory as always! I love how much history and logic you put into them. The fall, the travelers, their different dreams and visions of what it is like. Very cool! Thank you for sharing.

The moonlight limns the silhouettes of ruined window frames against old, unsteady stones. If you do color it, it looks like lots of blues and grays are called for.

While they're quick, they're surprisingly unsubtle. The clattering of old armor hanging off of them, the drag of a once favoured weapon across the ground when awoken or wandering aimlessly. A rare few still even hold fragments of their old humanity and the hushed whispers of confusion or a sudden "..hello?' can echo through a tunnel where one wanders. There's quite a racket that can come from these creatures, all of it unsettling to hear when you are wandering around some poorly lit space with naught but a lantern or torch to guide you, and 'hitting stick' to keep them at bay :)

The dark magic that holds old bones together cannot stop them from creaking and groaning as the skeletons try to ambush unsuspecting adventurers. I can usually hear them coming from yards away. ;-) What a setting. Stunning work sir.
