Deleted pictures
🕑 Added 2019-02-17 12:22:20 +0000 UTCDon’t know if anyone’s noticed, probably not! But I’ve been taking pictures and then deleting not long after. (This one for example) Sometimes even just scrolling through my Instagram and deleting old ones.. I seem to have taken another bad turn for the worst. I am only seeing all the bad parts about myself.
The good news is that I do have my first appointment with a private specialist therapist coming up in a few days. I’m literally praying this helps me - even the smallest bit! The littlest change will make a huge difference to my life 🙏🏻 ive been comparing myself a lot more lately too. I forgot how dangerous that actually is! We should never sit and compare our lives to anyone - especially the ones we only see on social media! You guys know more than anyone that I am not what I appear to be despite what I share on Instagram. I’m actually lucky I’ve created bonds and friendships with some of you and can be more open about who I am and my heath ❤️
Anyway, I guess the reason I’m sharing this is because I want you all to know that it really is you guys that keep me fighting and keep me modelling etc! I would of gave it all up long ago if it wasn’t for you all. I’m SO SO thankful you have no idea. Please, just keep being your amazing selves! I hope you’re all doing well i really do 💖💖 and if you’re not, I hope you keep fighting with me 💪🏻

It's good that you're seeing a therapist shortly. The only advice I can give after seeing many therapists myself is to be completely honest with them. It took me a long time to find one I was comfortable with who really helped. The others I was telling them what they wanted to hear and just ticking boxes and playing the game. You deserve happiness and although you're special as you are, I hope you discover the best version of yourself. I hope Mistyy version 2.0 realises how amazing she is and can feel better about herself and can finally see the most beautiful and gorgeous person we all see. All the best 😘
