Runouts are not class leading but on something that is going at 600RPM, you aren't really going to notice it.

I think so. the fact its on standard bearings is a real positive aspect
While not perfect (but also not noticeable when in use), it is less than 1/3 the price delivered, uses standard bearings with no special equipment needed to make servicing easy - it honestly sounds like a great option for someone looking to build their own wheels.
