Sorry this is a lot lol. The time, effort, and passion that has gone into phighting as a whole is very admirable and has personally motivated me, I think that should be said more considering how awful people can be sometimes.

A bit worried that the quality might be diminished by socials along with formatting but I guess that issue’s fixed depending on which one that is chosen. For Twitter and Bluesky though I’d assume retweets, comments and allat would go insane and I don’t know if that’s overwhelming or not but it’s something to consider. I’ve accepted that these things take time because it’s been proven many times that it’s always worth the wait. If you haven’t talked it over with everyone else working on it maybe ask what you’re all collectively most comfortable with, what would make all the work feel worth it/most satisfying? If it doesn’t feel like posting on socials devalues the time and effort go for it, if not then don’t. You’ve all been really excited to share this with everyone so pick what feels the most special! You must maintain your whimsy lest you lose everything, none of this is anyone’s fault and it’d be sad if something you and your team have been looking forward to turned more stressful rather than passionate. All in all, I’m willing to wait.

Depends on what the site has to offer. If you want to post the pages and give something today you absolutely can. Same goes with waiting for the website. It’s ultimately up to you and the artists and other people that worked on it. So yea, wtv the comic team chooses should be what the decision ends up being

I think it'd be best for it to be up today due to how many time's it's been teased to release somewhere this week, the site isn't and probably shouldn't be the main spotlight for the comic (albeit a really cool novelty)

I would prefer them today the pages would still be later on put onto the website. however I am perfectly fine with waiting for the website especially if it has more to offer than just the pages or adds more of a special feeling

May I ask what the webside offers? In other words, will it just show the pages and thats all (then it can be released today) or are there any special elements to the web? Like animation, specific way to show or layer pages etc

Take care of yourself, first and foremost! You and the team come first!! No matter what happens, we're all gonna love the comic to bits; please don't stress yourself out over this! For my own personal thoughts, I'm not super sure either. I understand wanting the first post to be special, but I also understand that it'd be rough having to wait extra time due to technical issues for both the team and the readers. Maybe post it on social media for now, but as a 'preview' of sorts? Like the first few pages go up on social media, then we wait for the website release, then the released pages go up alongside the new pages and we're told to go there. I know a comic creator that posts both on webtoons and twitter (i was born to work retail, to be specific) but if you wouldn't wanna post on twt/bsky, maybe post it for free over here! More exposure to the patreon as well! But ultimately, like I said, u and the team come first soda!!! Thank you so much for all your work :]

in my opinion, since the pages are all done and everything but the website is finalized it makes the most sense to me to post the pages. the website is cool and ill visit it when it’s ready but i think the best thing to do is just to drop the pages because you said you’d drop the pages anyway in the event that the site crashed. i feel like it’s the best outcome for everyone!

i talked about this to u but without a doubt 2, i really would prefer to read the comic on the website, i dont really want to have to deal with social media + how it formats posts, and i dont want the quality or impact of the comic u worked so hard on to be diminished by a frankly awful distribution method. most ppl are gonna read this comic in the first 2 weeks of posting and the first impression of it really counts, i feel you will be devaluing the work thats been put into it by putting it on social media but thats rlly just how i feel
