We also used the opportunity to upgrade our Patreon campaign.
Please note that we plan to hand out future Hotfixes via Discord first because it's faster and because the whole team has access to Discord.
(as while Patreon only Cres can post stuff)
We also plan to use Discord for more communication and better interaction with the community (that's you guys!).
And finally, we thought about handing out side projects and occassional sketches via Discord, because it's faster and easier and you guys can immediately give us feedback.
We will still be distributing Deathblight RPG via Patreon of course, and you're going to get all the rewards you're used to as usual via Patreon.
So no need to worry, you're not going to lose out on what we've been delivering in the past.
But we want to experiment using Discord in the whole process of speeding things up and distributing even more rewards than previously.
So it might be worthwhile for you to join our Discord server to gain the full benefits of the things we're going to add in the future.

To upgrade the Patreon tiers, we made the following additions:
5 $ Tier:

You get our finished side projects and commercial games for free.
20 $ Tier:
Special Discord Access
You get Early Access to side projects and commercial games which are in development.
30 $ Tier:
VIP Discord Access
At least once per month a special VIP discord chat session with Crescentia and Wolfenstahl about current game projects and future game projects.
Ability to suggest and vote on Speedpaints.
50 $ Tier:
VIP Discord Access
Prototype Games that we didn't release to the public.
You can request one of the sketches from the sketch package to be flat coloured.
At least once per month a special VIP discord chat session with Crescentia and Wolfenstahl about current game projects and future game projects.
75 $ Tier:
All of the above plus:
Can request clean versions (or similar things) of existing CG sets.
As long as it's not extra work and as long as it's not getting out of hand.

Stuff like Paperheads or Geisterhand (though Geisterhand was never finished, but it would have been a commercial project). We also plan to possibly release games on steam in the future, we have plans for 2018 and 2019.

no, indigo is correct, the 20$ tier still includes the speedpaints^^ the list in the post just mentions things that got newly added to the rewards. And we mentioned the speedpaints on the 30$ tier because this tier didn't had speedpaint suggestions before :3 only 20, 50 and 75 tier had it before and that was odd. we did add rewards to the 50 and 75 tier to balance it out. Overall every tier, besides 1$ tier, should have additions only and nothing lost^^

I don't think so, that would be hard/impossible to manage. It's an addendum to how the pledges work, not to the pledges themselves necessarily.
Haha, sure :p But I'm able to do 10$, but I dunno if it is worth it for me. I'm pretty happy with getting Deathblight updates and comics :D
