Just a small mod allowing your sims sleeping a bit longer to feel full rested not by 5 AM but rather by 6:30 AM. That is, they won't automatically wake up too early – instead, it occurs just by 7:30-8:00 AM. With that you can stick to real people circadian rhythms in the game ;)
