Especially with the newer versions of unreal

I’m guessing if you tried that project now, with all the knowledge you have, it would be a even better:

So I guess it’s free. Did you guys have the intention of selling it or did you feel it was not that good. So what version of unreal did you use mainly for this.
Thilina Premasiri
Yes. Available here https://store.steampowered.com/app/1448610/NERO/

4 years. But it wasn't the only thing we were doing throughout the time. We were doing it among other things
Shil
Is it completed
Shil
How long did it take
Thilina Premasiri
Yes. But not alone. With a small team
Shil
Hey there, I took a look at the Nero game preview. Did you make this.
Thilina Premasiri
Yes. In shooter while aiming
Shil
Oh sorry never mind
Shil
Have you ever made a character walk backwards?
Shil
Also his walking animation could change so he’s blocking his eyes like as if he’s walking in a storm. Then once out of that zone, he returns to normal animations.
Shil
And then slow down players movement. When player is in the storm zone.

That looks amazing. It almost look like a tsunami coming. It would be cool if it was water rushing towards you like a wave coming in or tide. And then then the water would just flow as if the player was standing in moving water. Creating some particle splashing infront of the character caused by the player impeding the flow. That’s probably hard.
