Socrates knew best when it came to news or 'the news' as well. He employed the triple filter test. 1. Truthfulness, is what the person is trying to tell you TRUE? 2. BENEFICIAL, is what the person is saying good, kind or positive in any way? If not it's probably just gossip and who needs more of that? Or scandal as it's called. Lastly, 3. I had two noisy girlfriends. My mom is also noisy when she looks at porn on her phone in the bathroom.
