One of my absolute favorite things in the world to talk about are morons. Just the dumbest people. I like reading stories about the mouthbreathers to end all mouthbreathers, because I know I'm kind of an idiot, I think everyone knows they could make better choices in life at times, but then you see a story about some real dipshit and you go "wow, ok, at least I'm not THAT dumb". I hope that this video makes you feel the same way I felt when I went down a rabbit hole of dumb ass gender reveal stunts gone wrong, starting with one in Michigan that happened literally weeks ago. I also really hope the verb "blorp" catches on.
Apparently, more than a couple Gender Reveal parties have ended up being Funeral Reveal parties. What happens when you mix idiots who are following a dumb online trend and homemade, improvised smoke bombs? Buckley discusses four separate incidents, including one that happened in 2021.

You know I would be fine with these as long as it chlorinated the gene pool of the people actually throwing the party and not causing any further damage. These are just stupid. No one gives a f*** if you're having a boy or the girl except for the initial shock. Another mouth to feed, another person on this planet too pollute it.

I live in CA in the middle of state(kinda). The one last year in CA pissed me off. We already deal with fires normally but due to their idiotic behavior, we had to contend with COVID plus fires on both sides. Outside looked like hell on Earth plus the air quality super sucked.
Darwin awards are given to people, who die due to their own stupidity, not to those dying in a freak accident because they were dragged to a stunt involving fething gunpowder. -_- This is actually what I find most despondent: No one is going to remember the victims, but the stunt itself will live on because of the damages that were caused. This is a really dreadful timeline we live in.

Incredible... I just looked this up, here's an article from the news: "Speaking to the newspaper, Mr Pekny's oldest brother, Peter Pekny Jr, described what happened as "the freakiest of freak accidents that I could ever imagine". He did not know what had set off the explosion." It's not a "freak" accident, an amateur is fucking around with explosives! He doesn't know what set the explosion off? Probably the EXPLOSIVE MATERIAL!
appropriate that this has been released today when I read in the news this morning that this has happened AGAIN, and this time it was the father of the baby who died. That kid is gonna grow up without a dad now. Why people even care so much (and assume all their friends care) about the sex of their baby is beyond me.
