I had forgot about the term "crotch goblins". So glad this video reminded me of it, lol.

I would hate to think where my life would have been with kids. All that my wife and I have worked for is because we focused our energy elsewhere. And fact is just that I simply don't like kids.

DINK life is where it's at! I'm sympathetic to parents cuz kids are just little balls of emotions who will embarrass you no matter how good a parent you are but lord when my husband and I go out after hours or to an event clearly for adults and I see small kids I'm like "yo why did you do this". Someone brought a 7 year old to my showing of Cocaine Bear and made it a miserable experience.

Miguel

I think it’s well within the rights of the restaurant to do this. I don’t see an issue with it

Chantal

I work retail and I hope something like this starts in stores too lol. Parents are the worst now and yes I’m a childless millennial who was raised by a single who knew how to raise 4 kids on her own and none of us are shitty ass adults. The few times I acted out I was wrenched out of wherever we were and so was my sister. Your kids aren’t precious they suck and you suck more. It’s their job to raise them into functioning adults not shitty people entitled to everything. For the record I actually do want kids just not as much anymore after in a preschool for 2 years lol. Seriously parents are fucking stupid and they suck.

Derevii

I have kids and still dont really like other peoples kids lol

I don't like other people's kids either and don't blame them.

Sure, the annoying kid's parents. I think that's sort of the thing, as I said in the video... it's not REALLY a ban on kids, it's a ban on awful parents who allow their kids to end up that way.

Thor Stone

Wow, that is the kind of child discrimination and hatred I thought only existed in Germany. Totally disagree. From my experience, there are at least two annoying adults for each annoying kid.

I rarely eat at restaurants. I'm a SINK. I just prefer to eat in the comfort of my own home. Most of the time, I just order online and pick up my food, Occasionally, if I do decide to stay and eat, I do a quick visual scan of the present customers. If I spot some potentially, or already noisy critters, I either get my order to go, or evaluate if I'm really that hungry, and either go home or somewhere else.

Johnny 2Fingers

Yeah it's called going somewhere for adults. "Uhhhhhh waaa my fast food restaurants have children" go to someplace that doesn't cater to literal children then.

My mom used to take me everywhere she went when I was a kid, including restaurants. She didn’t have a babysitter. From a very young age I was taught to behave. My mom would tell me to not cause scenes or act uncivilized. She would tell me that just because she wanted me around didn’t mean that everyone else did. I learned really quick and was one of those rare kids that wasn’t noisy or annoying to other people.

Definitely want to see more places doing this. I love kids, as a teacher, but sometimes when you’re going out and spending big bucks you want to have a nice, quiet time as adults without the combination of out of control kids and entitled parents who won’t discipline them.

Adam Buckley

Yes, I'm very much in the camp of "kids don't hear the word 'NO' enough", and also I'm fine with "letting kids be kids", in your own home or yard. Still too many people who believe that their kids should be everyone's problem, and too many people that believe their children are an added attraction to any meal. You know how parents will say "oh my kid is so funny" or whatever, they remind me of the people who think they should start a podcast with their friends because "oh we're so funny". No, you're funny to YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS ONLY. Don't record yourselves making your inside jokes only you will laugh at, no one cares. Don't bring your child to restaurants and have them yell things that you think are funny... they're not.

Michelle

I'm all for this. Parents let their kids run amuck too much. I've seen crazy shit - kids pooping on the table, kids tackling servers, kids spraying ketchup on the table all over the place. The parents should be banned too really, because these are the same ones who will be throwing a tantrum and screaming for the manager. The kids learn the behavior somewhere after all.

Adam Buckley

Pasta is so cheap, even if it's not a half-pound bag of $1 spiral pasta at the grocery store, making it yourself isn't particularly expensive either. It's one thing I just can't bring myself to ever buy as a meal at a restaurant, it's too absurd.

Josue guzman

I got a kid n i agree with this, luckily my kid isn’t a nuisance but i still leave his ass at home when i wanna take his mom out (someone watches him obviously), so that i and other people can enjoy the rare night out.

Gosh Golly a new buckly it must be my birthday 🎂

So I learned on my first trip to Jersey Shore that these Italian restaurants markups in Jersey are because you are paying for at least two servings of that selected meal worth, which considering I couldn't finish my spaghetti made sense. Of course it's just a money making scheme to make more money, honestly I'd rather pay 13 for a single plate than 25. It's weird and I didn't like it

MichaelD8393 .

As a New Jerseyan, that Jersey accent made me laugh; well done, Buckley 😂 And "Crotch Goblin" is probably the best reference to kids I've heard in a while.
