And yet... she's still been in the "news"? Let's see who REALLY needs to apologize for their treatment of Amanda: a guy who made some jokes a decade ago, or a company who can't leave a person alone.

Wow, I knew TMZ was scummy but this is really messed up. There's no way for her to win is there? Either she accepts the attention and she gets called an attention whore, and we're just watching a mentally ill woman be mentally ill for our amusement. Or she tries to live a normal life but you still have people following you around. I feel bad for her. She was a talented actress but since she's not doing anything anymore, she should just be left alone.
