Hey everyone, it's Bonus Dose Day, and you know... sometimes you just have to do things that are a little bit painful. And there are few things that hurt my soul (what may remain of it anyway) more than coming to the defense of TIKTOK. But my pain is your comedy. Plus, I get a little "patriotic" a week ahead of Memorial Day. Enjoy!
The US Government has passed a bill to ban TikTok, unless of course, the company that owns the very successful app, sells it to an American company. And while Buckley, along with every other human being over the age of 25, would LOVE to see TikTok crash and burn, let's first take a look at some of the reasons why THIS might not be the way we want to see it end.

Yeah. I used to play road hockey with my friends 3 or 4 times a week as a kid, that just doesn't happen anymore. Of course in my early teens, my literal next door neighbor and I would occasionally talk on ICQ and before that, set up a modem terminal connection (pre Internet) so we could play Chess via notation. We were really cool.

Real shame kids aren't going out and hanging with their friends that often these days. I don't blame them. There's not much to do outside these days other than getting hit by a car. Makes total sense why children stay at home all day and do things online.
