Hey folks (as our Premier likes to say), it's Bonus Dose Day! You know, I take my role as official Canadian YouTube Ambassador very seriously (I assigned myself the title) and so this is one of those videos where I try and educate you on what's happening north of the wall, so to speak. Like a JJ McCullough video with a better accent and no silly hair. And I promise, it's different than the Ketchup one I did in February. Enjoy!
Buckley loves making fun of Americans, but he loves making fun of Canadians even more! A look at how Canucks can't seem to buck the stereotypes that they're obsessed with beer (or booze in general), featuring Canada's solutions to tariffs (taking away American hooch), how our Premier got elected in the first place (promising cheap beer) and one Canadian brewery's special buy-by-the-crate offer!

I'm not a fan, I think Canada has too many "rural life" TV shows that are just kind of dumb, that aren't particularly well written or on par with even middle-of-the-road American sitcoms.

I just personally am not a fan of "rural Canadian humor". There's so many Canadian shows like this, and I just think "you know we have cities here too right? Not everyone's some sort of bumpkin who lives in a town with two police officers or whatever?"

I am hearing rumors on X / Twitter that the left side of politics is saying Trump is maneuvering things so that Elon can be installed as the leader of Canada. Obviously this upsets me. If anyone is going to be installed as the leader of Canada it better be Doc Buckley. Not sure if he'll be good for the economy but at least we'll get some laughs out of it along the way. π I notice you've been silent on the "Johnny Somali" trial as well. I find it pretty entertaining that one person can destroy themselves so completely and still not end up in jail (yet).

It's ok. Actually the big Caesar Salad is really good, I don't know what they're doing to it, but it's better than anything you get anywhere else. Sorta like how no one can explain why Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits or Olive Garden's breadsticks are the only reason worth going to those places.
