Hey everyone, it's Bonus Dose Day! Our first Bonus of November, and as we start heading into the dreaded holiday season, money is on a lot of people's minds... especially the minds of the CEOs who want yours. And did you know, they think you pay TOO LITTLE for the products and services they provide?! Well, if you didn't know that, they're certainly brave enough to say it to your face these days. Enjoy this video about the CEO of Ticketmaster saying that Ticketmaster doesn't charge you enough for tickets.
For about a decade now (maybe more?) we've been hearing about how ticket prices for concerts (and sporting events) are way overpriced, that "back in my day I saw Queen perform for $10! Now they want $200 to see some band that's not even half as good!" WELL, did you know that actually, you're paying too LITTLE to see concerts in 2025?! You'll never guess who thinks that... conveniently, it's the guy who owns the company that sells all the tickets! A look at two different executives who feel that you'd tolerate being ripped off even more.

Same reason people don't boycott anything... THEY don't want to be mildly inconvenienced! Someone else should be, while they reap the benefits!

And this is why people pirate the UFC and WWE, I guess sports games too idk,

I used to think about why people don’t boycott these things. My idea started with Hulu/ Netflix and their rising prices on subscriptions. Now I think about on all forms of entertainment, things we can live without. Everyone complains about how expensive everything is, why not give them a message and stop paying for it till they lower prices.
