QUARTERLY RELEASE & CHANGE LOGS

- Rental Property Management: For that time in your Sim's life when they own multiple pieces of property and would like those properties to start working in their favor, this update brings in additional functionality to make that happen.
- Landlord Tenancy Management: This update adds support for not only rental property but also a foundational tenant experience. In other words, this is just the beginning of what we plan to add to the Tenant Experience. This update is focused chiefly on the Landlord side of the equation.
- Enhanced Tenant Experience: Not only can your Sim rent out properties, your other active Sims can rent from your Landlord Sims.
- Added Moonwood Mill to the Real Estate Market with Werewolf Support: Would your Sim like to brave the unknown and live in the mystical land of Moonwood Mill? Well, you don't have to send them through the EA Move System in order to make that happen. This world has been added to avoid NPC Werewolf social interaction during R|E transactions.
- Added Copperdale to the Real Estate market
- Improved Negotiation Battles and Multiple Properties Ownership: Updated the existing Process for an all-around better experience based on feedback we received after our prior release.
- Additional Appraisal Factors: Property values are about to be a lot more dynamic with more lot factors and additional neighborhood factors.

- Added support for R|E 0.4.0 (Tenant Interactions);
* With multiple rental properties, now paying rent via the SNB Bills App will properly deposit the rent payment into each landlord's Rental Income for the property.
- Fixed a bug where Penthouses would have a fixed rent cost of §10.

SNB - Financial Center 0.3.0.1 (DOWNLOAD - https://simrealist.itch.io/snb-financialcenter)
- New Loan Product: Your Sims can now finance their Residential Real Estate purchases with Mortgages.
- Mortgages secured through R|E: Updates/enhancements to secure Mortgages were made to both R|E and the Financial Center to connect to two mods for the new credit product, Mortgage.
- (!!NEW!!) Updated DTI Calculation for non-Salaried Sims: The Debt to Income calculation that drives whether a Sim can be approved for a loan or not now includes Household Wealth. This allows Sims, who would've been previously denied a chance of getting an unsecured loan or Mortgage.

Hello! I downloaded the public version of R|E & I just wanted to let you know that when an appraiser came and gave me his report, the notification was buggy! It would continuously keep popping up and wouldn't stop (as well as the music & middle screen notification). I just wanted to let you know! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but when i went back into my household the notifications just started up again. Just wanted to let you know of the bug :)

How many rentals can you have at once? I had a rental but then my family moved again and now the first rental is gone.

I have 2 properties thatI’m renting out one furnished the other one not furnished. The one that is not furnished is no longer showing up as my rental property. Can we only rent out one property?

There is a form of it already in the Financial Center. You're asking for a full-fledge credit reporting system as well, which is road mapped. It just takes time to build. We don't like to do things halfway ;)

The option is available on the Seller or the Seller's Realtor. Be sure both of them on your Sim's Realtor are present in order to start. For additional mod support, please head on over to our Discord Mod Support server mentioned in this post.

Is anyone else having an issue where they make an appointment with the realtor and the realtor never shows up but the event is active?
