Unfortunate limitations of fallout skeleton, where we must follow it strictly - that's arms. Otherwise I would make arms longer of course, though in that case fingers should be static and equiped weapons would be out of place completelly!

I don't use any enb's, only texture and lighting mods. It's not blurry for me at all, however his arms are very short and it looks awkward. 😬

Maybe it's such quality of textures then, it might looks better in video. Though in truth it's worse :) Don't know what else could be the reason for this.

I found that in my game, the model is very blurry, and it feels different from the clarity demonstrated in your videoΣ(ŎдŎ|||)ﾉﾉ, but the previous mod did not have this problem...
