Thoughts on TF

I'd like to start a community discussion about an aspect of my art that I've been thinking about lately. I may have even asked this before, but I don't think there was much discussion. Given current events, I'm thinking a bit about it.
Most of my TF subjects have been white males. Now, I'm a white guy myself but, when I think of drawing women or POC in non-consensual TF situations, I feel uncomfortable. Especially when the TF is sexual. It's a perception of power vs. powerlessness. I don't want to portray a section of the population being exploited even if it is a complete fantasy.
That said, I also don't want to exclude women and POC from being TF'd.
Am I overthinking this?
I spend a fair amount of my life trying hard not to be an a**hole and am worried about being one accidentally.

Coming in late as I asked around a bit first seeing as I am a ghost in a mirror as far as skintone my personal feelings are very close to Vulpes133 comment up above. With some of my friends who are ok with TF and Lewds they would love to see more TF of people like them as long as it is used just like any other TF and not to call them out in any way. Exception to this would be if they are requesting the TF themself as a self insert then as long as you fee comfortable drawing it they have already given you their permission.

Please ask questions! That's part of every good discussion! I appreciate that thought and think like that in my everyday life. In my art, they are just people. Of course, I’ve used POC a few times both with happy and not-so-happy endings. But, it’s been on my mind with things lately, how we portray others unconsciously. After getting flagged for having a minor near a sexual situation, i have been leery, on a moral and quasi-legal level, of quite unintentionally, being a jerk. I’m probably overthinking it. But, none of my POC friends are into TF, so it’s hard to start a discussion.
mhh, may I enter the discussion with a provoking question? why should you exclude anybody from tf or sexual stories? Before the law all are equal, no matter which sex, origin believe or whatever. The point I see is that all are equeal so why treating them different?
