it's setting this value as an ENV variable. and then in my json package I have a value that reads that variable like so: "enable" : "$USE_HTOA =='TRUE'",

What's proper way to disable package plugins like HTOA using this tool? Something like: "enable" : "$USE_HTOA'" Thanks!
