We used Maya and Zbrush for most of the modeling tasks. Mari and a little bit of substance painter for texturing. Maya was also used for rigging and animation. Layout, scene assembly, lookdev, lighting and rendering was done in houdini. Everything rendered in arnold. Ofc we also used houdini for fx. Comp done in nuke.
