Is this the macros for the chicken or entire meal?

It's two sauces. One is a marinade for the chicken prior to cooking. The second sauce is to actually cook in. They are separated in the ingredient list.

I’m a little confused, in the video he just makes sauce and adds it to cooked chicken. In the PDF he says to make a marinade and then add sauce? If I do the marinade do I need the sauce?

Serious question about using MSG. Does it make a difference if you skip it? My fiancée says it gives her migraines.

Yes I agree - clarification please! I’m confused. Prepping it today and pretty sure the marinade shouldn’t have cornstarch. But the sauce should. Either way the ingredients at Bomb!

Maybe a stupid question, the marinade and the sauce ingredients are the same right? Did you all marinate first or just cook the chicken and add sauce ingredients?
