Another breakfast option to add to your rotation.
This one is SUPER low calorie but high volume. It's extremely filling and delicious!
If you'd like to add a little more protein and calories to this meal, you can add some bacon or sausage, or even some cheese on top.
Feel free to skip the sour cream topping and replace with something else if you'd like. But the sour cream is added into the macros.

Literally the largest serving I’ve ever seen! I cut the Omelette in 8 and still could barely finish it! I skipped the sour cream sauce but added about 4 oz of sausage and it was so good! Even the spinach haters ate it!

These are egg whites. They just add beta carotene to give it a yellow color.
Can you use egg beaters instead of egg whites? It looks like that is what he used in the video.
I used a glass 9x13 baking dish. You just have to adjust the time a little!!
I don’t trust my balance skills with a sheet pan lol. Do we think a 9x13 pan, like a brownie pan, would work? Or muffins?
What else can I use in place of the msg?

I’m having trouble with the pdf’s on a bunch of the recipes, I click them and they just won’t open :( no issues with any of the more recent posts, but this one and older. Anyone else?

Not much at all. All non starchy veggies are typically low calorie. So swaps wont affect these recipes much.
