Houdini image sequence loop, offset and hold

It was my first time to face such thing looping and shifting file sequences and the naive me thought there must be a parameter for this where I can just dial some numbers lol.Well this is Houdini and have to suffer, I searched the forums and tried all the formulas and came up with some conclusions and experience that I wanted to share with you here.
