I had the hardest time figuring out how to pack these for lunch for hubs and son, like.. what do you re-heat? just the chicken? the pita? the sauce? I figured it out I guess, cold pita and salad in one container and chicken in another? Oh well.

OH MY GOSH! Just got on here to say I just made this and IT IS THE BEST! I did leave out the olives because I don't like them, but if I died tomorrow, I will know that I had the best lunch of my life today!

I'm glad you asked! Did you wind up trying it in the air fryer? what setting/how long did you do?

I definitely recommend wiping it off. It's a lot of liquid and it probably wont come out like you'd hope if it has too much in the pan with it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did the same.

Made it tonight and the whole family loved it! Question for others who have made it. Did you wipe the marinade off before putting in the pan or put in with the marinade? I put it in with all the marinade and it was too much moisture/didn't brown. Still great though!
