I tried this recipe tonight. I feel like 1.5 cups of rice isn’t enough. In the video it looks like a lot more than that.

This was so good! I topped my dish with crushed peanuts for a crunch and it was delicious!

Yup. Another winner and this will definitely be in rotation instead of takeout. This is one of the easiest meals to throw together when you are exhausted and don’t won’t to do a ton of work
