The calories listed are for 4 oz of cheese. So that is usually around 1 cup shredded.

Is it 8oz block of cheese or like a measuring cup of cheese?

This was really tasty, even my picky eaters ate it! My only recommendation is to save some of the pasta water and add it in a little at a time to ensure the Alfredo stays smooth for your leftovers!

I made this and we all loved it! But, it seemed that my sauce soaked into the pasta. The flavor was still there, but you really couldn't see it. Does this mean I broke my sauce? How can I avoid this effect?

I made this with the original 1/2 cup cheeses and it was fantastic

Made this with soy milk + silken tofu for cream, and coconut milk for fat free milk - came out great! Added plus for the grilled chicken

We absolutely loved this—My kiddos included. I think the next time we make it, we might use half of the flour. Great flavor though! And we did add some grilled chicken.
