I'm working hard on some behind the scenes recipes for my first cookbook (which all Patreon members will get a free copy of), so my TikTok content has been at a standstill. But I figured I would take a day to post a TikTok recipe since it's been a while. And as my most loyal followers, you guys get the first peak! I wanted to get this up for you guys before everybody does their weekend grocery shopping!
So here you go! This recipe shot right to the top of my new favorite meals! I hope everybody enjoys it as much as I did.
This is one of the few recipes that contains ZERO veggies. So the Dietitian in me needs to remind you to be sure you serve a nice colorful veggie or salad on the side when you make this :)

Daiya also makes a liquid cheese in a pouch like the kind you use in Velveeta Shells n Cheese.

You sure can. I just use Fairlife because of the slightly lower calories and higher protein. But any FF is fine.

You could probably just use some cream cheese or even some shredded cheese if you wanted.
What's a way I could make this without using velveeta? Long story short I used velveeta singles for a grilled cheese today and things did not end well...too much lactose in Velveeta for me sadly.

Can I use another brand of FF milk? I can’t find Fairlife FF milk in any store where I’m from
This was a hit in my home! It was super easy and quick to make! We I swapped the protein pasta for wheat and changed macros in the MFP app where needed. Will make this again SOON!
I use turkey ground beef and adjust the macros in my fit pal app.
Made this for my lunches this week and it is great! I used ground Turkey instead of the beef because I already had it on hand. It’s definitely very filling and has great flavor!
I have a question could you substitute the beef with chicken and if you would how much chicken would you need to make it
Really love this. Love how you give us a solid base as a recipe and then we can tweak it further. This time I made it and had a can of artichokes I cut up and threw in (to use them up lol) and half a bag of spinach. Really awesome!
