I don't weigh out portions. Estimating across the 6 servings is sufficient enough. There are instructions on the notes page of the PDF if you want to be more specific though.

This recipe was delicious. My husband and I were fighting over the last serving!

Could I use an Alfredo sauce instead of the queso? It jut what I have on hand. Lol
I made this with plant based queso, added rotel and chopped frozen spinach. Delicious!

IF you live in the states it is available at Walmart, Its in a jar on the chip isle just like the french onion dip, and such.
Really want to try this but I don’t think queso blanco is available where I live 🥲 I’ll have to try and find an easy recipe for it
