I'm sorry this one took so long to post. I teased you guys in the Facebook support group a few weeks ago, but it's finally here.
If you like spicy foods, the measurements in this recipe should be fine. But please see the last page of the PDF for notes on adjusting the heat.
For anybody that wants to use regular kielbasa sausage instead of turkey, that's fine. Regular is a little higher in calories but it has more fat and flavor. So if you have the room for the extra calories, using regular might elevate the taste of this dish even further.
As I continue to focus more on the quality of my YouTube content, these public videos may be a little more in depth with additional info during the cooking process. Hopefully you guys enjoy the additional dialogue. If there is anything you'd like to see in these videos, please let me know. I have considered mentioning little nutrition facts such as, why I choose certain ingredients, or what vitamins and minerals are in specific foods.

Dude!!! THIS ONE!!! Best one I’ve made so far. Used chicken thighs cause it’s all I had. May have changed macros, still figuring that out. I used Slap Yo Mama seasoning. Will definitely make this a regular! Thank you Zach!

I made this for the first time last night and it is a winner. I also appreciate that it didn't have quite as much dairy as some other recipes. High protein, affordable, and low dairy is pretty dang hard to pull off without resorting to single ingredient meals. Thank you, Zach!
