In case you weren't able to enjoy some apple pie for Thanksgiving, these overnight oats can satisfy that craving!
I definitely recommend warming these up before eating. Let's face it, you can't say apple pie without putting the word "warm" in front of it :)

What if I can't find fair life milk? I keep whole milk in my fridge all the time. Can I still use that? What if I use vanilla protein drink instead? I keep those around also.

Yes I actually heat my overnight oats up because I like them warm
If you do the over night oats can you still heat in the morning?

I feel like I did something wrong...is it supposed to be liquid or thick?

For the zero calorie, I use swerve. But regular brown sugar is fine if it fits into your calorie goal.

I mixed them in and didn't have an issue the next morning. But you could add the apples right before eating if you're concerned.
If you make them ahead, do the apples turn brown or get mushy?
