I know this project has seen its fair share of delays, but let me tell you — WE ARE BACK AND READY!!! The wait is over, and it was worth every moment. Buckle up, because things are about to get wild. The energy, the stories, the drama — it’s all here, and it’s only getting crazier from here.

For years, The Sims has given us basic bonds: Mom. Dad. Spouse. Sibling.
That stops now.
Beyond The Label introduces over 170+ brand-new, raw, realistic, and deeply layered family RelBits/Traits that reflect real life.
We’re talking:

At this point we might not need other relationships mod from other mod creators especially rpo because this covers everything in depth and has notifications. This is great for storytelling. Feel like lots of mod creators barely add notifications to different pie menus and can feel lacking. So thank you for this.

This is exactly what I need for my legacy and I can't wait until I can put it in my game! My founder sim fell in love and was engaged but before the wedding could be planned, her man went and adopted a whole ass child... so I had to move them in together because he obviously couldn't be trusted. Well, the now teen shows as a stepchild to my sim, but they don't get any family interactions which is frustrating. They have a good relationship now, but I have some drama planned that this mod looks like it might be able to help with. As far as suggestions go - I don't really have any because I think it would probably be included in there already somewhere, but messy dynamics with stepparents and kids would be great. Also, my sim has parents in the game (separate never played household) - so some interactions specifically for step grandparents would be amazing.

I have literally been waiting for a mod like this!!!! And just to answer your prompts to hopefully spark a few more ideas: For my story/gameplay, I have a single dad struggling to raise two kids alone so I’d love anything that adds a bit to the single parent dynamic—his kids are also twins, so adding the “twin bond” into gameplay could be really immersive. He also has a very estranged and toxic relationship with his own father, and fears becoming like him bc he’s not a great person (so maybe family trauma or estranged dynamics to build on the “difficult” relationship EA created?). And then I also have a mafia family with a guy who didn’t want to be involved but now may take over as head of the family (and the family business) so hierarchical family dynamics could be fun, too!
