I’ve struggled my whole life with anxiety — not just in moments, but in my body, in my spirit. Always overthinking. Always doubting if I was enough. Always asking, “Do they love me? Am I safe here? Am I too much?”
Truth is, I’ve never really felt like I was loved at my best — or even fully seen. And don’t even get me started on love... whew. We gonna talk about that.
