Marius

I don't want to nag too much, but ... what's happening?

MrZ

Bryers ice cream, not Briars. I liked the speculation about lighting in the supermarket. Nice detail.

Tera

Obviously he didn't

Michael Maor

Sure, but under the circumstances (Their daughter just released from the hospital and them at least supposedly being very solicitous of her) I'd expect them to be aware of the issue, or at least notice when they screwed up. If it wasn't for the last paragraph I would have assumed they were going to realize the problem in the next segment, but that last paragraph makes it look like the parents are laughing in public at the daughter having a panic attack.

Christie

No parents are perfect, they are simply people. And people are mostly on their own heads. Its kind of fun to see they can mess around a bit, or that is a new "routine". Its funny and nice. Teenagers are dramatic most of the time, mostly for reasons the parents have no way of knowing

FortySixtyFour

Fixed, I think I was getting the Brad Pitt vampire confused with the Family Guy wife again. Easy mistake to make.

Arthur Bridges

I think you meant 'Louis' from interview with the vampire, not Lois

Michael Maor

Nice segment, however while the date line at the end was amusing it was really irresponsible and mean of the parents to make that joke when it was (or should have been) obvious Tabitha really was worried about the issue. About showing the differences in supermarkets and the like, one thing Tabitha could notice is video screens, or rather their lack. Today you have some places putting up giant flat screens to show their ads on, in 20 years I'd expect that sort of thing to be more common than traditional paper posters if no one develops something better, but in 1998 while you could get giant flat screen TVs they were much too expensive for stores to use like that unless they were selling TVs.

Vadalken

From all the horror stories I have heard about people in the U.S getting into cripling medical debt I kinda worry for Tabitha and her parents. The medical costs might be covered by some insurance or Erica's parents, but it would not suprise me at all if some of the cost fell on the Moore family. I have the impression U.S healthcare is scary like that.

Russell Todd

Oi! Did you read the note at the start of the chapter?

jmundt33a

Warning well timed. Yikes! She might be afraid to go to sleep for awhile. Also, she’s been awake for HOW long in the hospital before discharge and no one mentioned it?

Joseph Breneman

Thank you for the chapter. That was pretty funny. The date thing, the parents making out bit is still the stuff of nightmares.

Russell Todd

Lord have mercy!

Mundane

Even with your warning I was not prepared for -that-!!!

Bryan

Jesus Christ!

FortySixtyFour

The full chapter will be ready as always for the 1st of the month.

Mkrayn

With your preface/warning in mind, how long will it be before we can read this without extensive angst? In other words, when do you think you'll be done with the "full Chapter 32"? Not trying to be pushy, just trying to figger out if I can do this to myself...
