The game has been out for almost a week and I’l be honest, I hadn’t really expected quite so much patreon members or so many in The Shaper tier this early on, so I hadn’t properly planned out what kind of content to get your feedback and opinions on... But wow, here you all are and thank you for your praise and interest in my game. I look forward to all your input and ideas moving forward.
Today, I have been going through pose references for dynamic poses in the spa update, I stumbled on a pretty hot photo of a woman taking a nude selfie in a tanning bed — and now I can’t get the idea out of my head...
It wasn’t originally planned, but I’m tempted to add a tanning bed into the spa. So time for some outside input, What do you think?
(Note: it wouldn't give the MC a tan as that'd be a huge job in the free roam, maybe a boost to femininity or an option for a unique instagram/ nude shot using that reference photo.
Also, side note: tanning options will be part of the Holiday story update and is why you had the option of what SPF to buy and take with you, that choice will matter if you want tan lines content, si if that is your thing then it is coming eventually.)

This has given me an idea that maybe if the MC goes with Rosie to the spa, Rosie could tell her not to use the sunbeds due to cancer risk (there is already stuff in the game about her saying she burns easy in the sun so uses extra high SPF). But if MC is alone she can use the sun beds just to add more variation and character building. The suggestion about spray tan has also given me an idea. So like I said in the post, implementing a tanning system into the freemode would be an insane amount of work but in story sequences quite easy to pull off and is a planned part of the holiday update. So maybe in the winter months in a story section (could be when I implement the winter markets or the lead up the Xmas etc) the MC wakes up one morning to see she looks pale in the mirror and decides to go get a spray tan to maintain her colour and could follow with some flavour text in the night routine of applying a little fake tan. This would be maybe 3 or 4 new images to be paler whereas adding a tan (in freemode at least) could be hundreds of variant images.

Also, I think tanning beds with UV lights are out dated (UV increases cancer risks). And a spray on tan might fit the game more.
