I thinks the anxiety of Mina were caused by packed of schedule for their first world tour as showed in seize of the light documentary and she could worry about not performed well enough since is their first world tour

As far as Mina crying to relieve stress, I don't remember what show it was, but fairly recently she made the comment that she still cries to relieve stress. And then she's fine.

For Japan, Chūgakkō (中学, Middle School) is from 12 to 15 yo. Then Kōkō (高校, High school) is from 15 to 18 yo. So sounds about right if she was in Korea for 1 and a half year training in JYPE before debut, she was about to finish Middle School going on HS when she was casted.
