make sure the cloak is activated via ped, not prop

i don't use prop for cape, i attach directly on model via feet ( shoes )

Please notice the file name consistency and add it to your ped list so the ped can work

the ped installation takes place as you normally would, the physical ped will consist of 5 files instead of 4 files as usual
