“I have a department to run, Sirius. I don’t have the time for gossip and Hogwarts’ rumor mill. We’re too old for that, don’t you think?”
“It seems you and Dumbledore have made the same mistake. All our focus and attention needs to be on Harry. Protecting him isn’t enough. We need to train him. He’s the key to everything.”
“What, he’s the only one who can defeat the Dark Lord? I have an entire department full of mostly competent Aurors whose only job is to hunt dark wizards, witches, and creatures. You talk like he’s the prophesied one.”
“I’ll go order us another round,” Sirius said with a sigh. “We have a lot to talk about.”
Notes:
I'm just going to say that in-character interactions will not determine who will end up in Harry's Coven. That will be decided by your votes. Every Espresso and above tier Patron will be able to vote in the polls to decide the other 5 members of Harry's Coven. Ginny is one of the characters you'll be able to vote for if you wish to see her with Harry! But characters will still, well, behave in-character. Even if Ginny ends up in Harry's Coven, she and Daphne will have a rivalry until they get closer and work out their issues.

Loved the chapter. I liked Harry's style. Daphne helpless and under pressure. If she failed it would be Padma who paid for it. I think Harry's right in that is the only way Daphne would take a punishment serious. Daphne would welcome and take a spanking or put in denial but she wouldn't want Padma to suffer. I would love to see a future scene where Daphne fails a test from Harry and as punishment Daphne has to spank Padme with her own hairbrush.

I like your take on Daphne's desires that she was unknowingly trained away from. You might want to be a bit more careful about remembering things like where you've got her hands cuffed. There just a few times where it seemed like her hands were cuffed in front of her instead of behind her as you described them as being cuffed at. A little mind drift in writing that kind of a situation is understandable though. At least it is to me.
