New Year Means New Me

I lost someone very close to me and have spent the last two months physically, emotionally, and financially recovering from it. Loving someone is hard ya'll. I have recently decided to write full time because I'm lonely and sad and really want to create magical stories for people who want to read them.
The Full Thing:
Long-time readers of mine would know I moved at the start of the year. I did this for someone and when I made the move, I never imagined my time with them would be so short. Things were serious and they needed me (which is why I moved in the first place) but again... Yeah. It was the reason why my mental health was so bad in the last few posts I made. Hug your loved ones tight for me.
The last two months have been a fog. I was all alone for the first time on Christmas and spent New Years in bed. It has sucked majorly but I don't think this is what they'd want for me. So, new year, new me.
I have decided to write full time, at least for the next few months. I was never the happiest with what I did. I want to create stories, not spend all my time pointing out the flaws in ones other people write! This means a lot more stories! I'm thinking of finally dusting off the original idea I've been 'working on' for the past 5 years.
So yeah. Idk what more to say other than I'm sorry? Thanks for listening to me ramble on about how sad and lonely I am, lol.
But uh, if you've read so far, drop in and say hi? Or tell me which story you've missed the most? Or that I'm horrible and worse than GRRM when it comes to uploads (unlike him, I do promise an upload in 15 minutes lol). Or maybe a fandom you'd like to see me write? Or guesses on what my original story is about?

I hope you are doing better. I understand your pain. I lost a loved one and I didn't have something like writing to help me so my solution, once I realized I was petrifying, was far more drastic. That did allow me to experience swimming with sea turtles at Midway Island though and that was pretty cool.

im sorry it's goin so rough, losing people is so hard to deal with. it gets easier with time. since you asked, Fleur de Lis is by FAR one of my favorite stories ive ever read, one of the most realistic and human relationships ive read. also im just a sucker for Harry and Fleur.

I'm so sorry for your loss. There is no good way to deal with true grief. It hurts worse than anything else in the world but the only way to not experience it is to never love someone like that and that is no way to live. Just know that you aren't truly alone and I hope writing helps you. Just take it a day at a time and we'll all be here.
